In the end, Steven Gerrard’s foot was saved from amputation and he had to undergo treatment.
The nine-year old kid from Liverpool could again begin to dream of Anfield. And, 10 years later Anfield would dream of him. With Steven Gerrard, Liverpool won almost everything. 2 FA Cups, 3 League Cups, 2 Community Shields, 2 UEFA Super Cups, The Europa League and The Champions League.
Only the Premier League Championship eluded that;the fault of a damn slipper. But, Gerrard won the highest honour of all ”The hearts of Red fans forever.” It doesn’t matter where he is or what he does, Steven Gerrard will Never Walk Alone.
